Blu's Fae Mail Club ("we," "us," "our," or "Blu") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit becomeloveunconditional.com or join the club, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you sign up, we collect information in two steps:
We do not collect or store your payment card details. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe (see Section 3), and we never see or store your full card number.
We may also automatically collect basic technical information (like browser type and general location inferred from IP address) through standard website analytics, used only to understand how visitors use the site.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mailing address, email, or name with third parties except as needed to run the club (for example, a mailing/print fulfillment partner, if we use one) or as required by law.
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. When you complete checkout through our Stripe Payment Link, the information you enter there (card details and mailing address) is collected directly by Stripe under its own privacy policy. Stripe shares your mailing address with us so we can fulfill your subscription, but we do not receive or store your card information.
We keep your name, email, and mailing address for as long as your subscription is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to fulfill any final mailings, respond to support requests, and meet our recordkeeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Section 6).
Our site may use basic cookies or analytics tools to understand traffic and improve the experience. These do not collect sensitive personal information and are not used to sell your data.
Blu's Fae Mail Club is based in the United States, and the information we collect is stored and processed in the U.S. (and by service providers such as Stripe, which may process data in other countries). If you're joining us from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other countries where our service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your home country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for these transfers.

To exercise any of these rights, email blu@becomeloveunconditional.com with your name and the email/address associated with your subscription. We may need to verify your identity before completing your request. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
Blu's Fae Mail Club is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 where required by applicable law), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where required by law, provide additional notice.
