Terms of Service & Refund Policy

Welcome to Blu's Fae Mail Club! These terms govern your use of becomeloveunconditional.com and your subscription to the club. By signing up, you agree to these terms.

1. The Subscription

Blu's Fae Mail Club is a paid monthly subscription. For $15/month, we hand-pack and mail a physical envelope of encouragement (sticker, letter, note, bookmark, and other small items as described on our homepage) to the mailing address you provide.

• Billing is recurring and automatic every month until you cancel.
• Your first envelope ships after your first successful payment.
• Contents, themes, and included items may vary month to month and may change over time.

2. Auto-Renewal Disclosure

This is a subscription with automatic recurring billing. By signing up, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your subscription will automatically renew and your payment method will be charged $15 (plus any applicable tax) every month, on the same date you originally signed up, until you cancel.
• There is no minimum commitment — you may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period, using the simple, free cancellation method described in Section 4 below.
• We'll email your payment receipt each billing cycle so you have a record of each charge.

3. Billing & Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method $15 (plus any applicable tax) on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. We don't store your card information — Stripe handles that directly. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars; if you're paying from outside the U.S., your bank or card network may apply currency conversion and foreign transaction fees that are outside our control.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason — no phone calls, no guilt trips. To cancel, email us at blu@becomeloveunconditional.com with the name and email you signed up with, and we'll cancel future billing for you. (If your payment confirmation email includes a Stripe customer portal link, you can also cancel there directly.) We'll confirm your cancellation by email.

Cancelling stops future charges. It does not retroactively refund a payment that's already been made for the current billing period — see Section 5.

5. Refunds

• Because each month's envelope is individually hand-packed and often mailed shortly after your payment, we generally do not offer refunds once a given month's envelope has been packed or shipped.
• If you're charged in error, or your envelope never arrives due to our mistake (e.g., we mailed it to the wrong address because of an error on our end), email us at blu@becomeloveunconditional.com within 30 days of the charge and we'll make it right — with a reshipment or a refund, at our discretion.
• We are not responsible for mail that is lost, delayed, or misdelivered by the postal service after it leaves our hands, though we're happy to help however we can if that happens.

6. International Orders & Right of Withdrawal

We're happy to mail to subscribers outside the U.S. A few extra notes if that's you:

• Customs & duties: international mail may be subject to customs processing, import duties, or taxes charged by your own country. Those charges, if any, are your responsibility and are outside our control.
• Delivery times: international mail can take longer than domestic mail, especially due to customs handling.
• EU/UK/EEA right of withdrawal: if you're a consumer in the EU, UK, or EEA, you generally have the right to cancel a new subscription within 14 days of signing up without giving a reason, for a full refund of any payment not yet used to fulfill an envelope already packed or shipped to you. To use this right, just email us within that 14-day window. If you ask us to start (and we do start) fulfilling your first envelope during that 14-day period, you agree we may deduct a proportionate amount for the envelope already prepared or shipped before you cancel.

7. Address Accuracy

You're responsible for providing an accurate, deliverable mailing address (including country, if outside the U.S.) and keeping it up to date. If an envelope is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we may pause your subscription until you confirm a corrected address.

8. Acceptable Use

The club is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Please don't use the signup form to submit false information or someone else's information without their permission.

9. Changes to the Service or These Terms

We may update these terms, our pricing, or what's included in the envelope from time to time. If we make a material change to pricing or these terms, we'll do our best to notify active subscribers by email in advance. Continuing your subscription after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Blu's Fae Mail Club operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles — except that if you're a consumer located in the EU, UK, or another country that grants you mandatory local consumer-protection rights, nothing in these terms takes away those rights, and this section doesn't deprive you of the protection of laws that cannot be contractually excluded under your home country's law.

11. Limitation of Liability

Blu's Fae Mail Club is provided "as is," for fun and encouragement — it isn't a substitute for professional medical, mental health, or financial advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, for fraud or for rights that are mandatory for consumers in your country).
